About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CRNA with anesthesiology experience for a full-time locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This position begins Dec 8, 2025, and runs for 96 days, featuring a 4x10 schedule with operating room arrival at 6 : 45 am, case start at 7 : 00 am, and end time at 5 : 00 pm. Candidates must have prior GI experience and be comfortable working collaboratively within a structured care team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Administer anesthesia for GI procedures and other assigned cases

Collaborate closely with the supervising physician (MDA), who will independently handle spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, upper / lower blocks, and fiber optic procedures

Adhere strictly to role-specific duties as outlined by the facility

Document all anesthesia-related activities using Epic EMR

Maintain high standards of patient safety and care during all phases of anesthesia

Additional Information

GI experience required

Must hold an active North Carolina license

Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
