Business Analyst

About the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and implementing solutions tailored to end-user requirements under the guidance of leads and managers. They will document processes, write test cases, and support the Test Plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to MYNT for Taxation's mailroom optimization project
• Technical writing and review of processes for multiple business lines
• Content management for the Project SharePoint site
• Provide guidance to other contract staff
• Document processes for both business and technical within the department
• Write test cases and work with the Quality Analyst
• Evaluate and rebrand documentation for Project MYNT
• Understand and assist with Functional and Technical Requirements
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE business platforms and processes
• Support modernization preparations and implementation phases
• Organize and attend Department meetings
• Review and prepare content for internal publication and distribution
• Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Conduct discovery meetings with Departmental staff
• Assist MYNT Team members with documenting processes
• Manage Standard Operating Procedures for MYNT processes
• Content management and posting for the Team's SharePoint site
• Create Testing Outlines & Test Cases
• Develop training materials for process transition
• Support training of Department specific AI models
• Review and document security configurations
• Define and quantify baseline and reporting metrics for Department initiatives
