Job descriptionBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. 15+ years of experience, including 7+ in a leadership role. Proven success managing high-rise and complex construction projects. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficient in project management software and MS Office. Experience with NYC public agencies and design-build delivery. Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale high-rise and design-build construction projects in New York City.
Responsibilities :
- Lead project execution to ensure completion on time, within budget, and per design.
- Coordinate with contractors, manage contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Review change orders, payments, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Oversee site activities for safety, quality, and compliance.
- Interface with clients, subcontractors, and agencies to ensure smooth delivery.
