We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The Customer Marketing Coordinator will sit within the Customer Marketing team and will be responsible for coordinating and project managing integrated marketing campaigns, assisting with co-marketing partnerships, and supporting customer marketing efforts that build engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Responsibilities :
Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including project tracking within Asana.
Play a key role in destination partnership efforts by collaborating with partners, coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, and supporting execution and reporting.
Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand affinity and loyalty.
Develop clear and concise creative briefs for marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for customer engagement.
Identify and recommend improvements to customer marketing programs, workflows, and reporting processes.
Partner closely with teams across marketing, creative, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
Help keep the team running smoothly by assisting with scheduling, agenda setting, note taking, reporting, and other important day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in a marketing role.
Highly proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA), with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with an eye for emerging trends, customer needs, and storytelling.
Self-starter that takes initiative and recommends solutions and ideas.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic about helping build the customer marketing function.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in the transportation or technology industry.
Experience in media planning and buying.
Experience working with analytics tools.
Strong grasp of the digital and traditional marketing landscape.
Experience launching new products or services, ideally B2C.
