Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic Midway . This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on-site specialties and a long-tenured, highly experienced support staff.

Practice Details :

• 12 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.
• Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency : 1 : 18 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage .
• Openings : 0. 8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
