Rheumatology Physician

Southeast Iowa

Position Highlights :

Work-Life Balance : Monday-Friday schedule with flexible options after partnership.
Desirable Practice Setting : Independent, physician-led multi-specialty group with in-house lab and imaging.
Ideal Work Environment : Collaborative team with strong support staff, including a 1 : 1 physician-to-nurse ratio.
Favorable Call Schedule : Equally shared call rotation (Monday-Sunday, planned annually).
Support & Networking : Established practice with long-tenured rheumatologists and APP support.
Partnership Opportunities : Eligible for partnership within 18-24 months, unlocking additional revenue streams.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation : $330,000 base salary with potential for increases.

Generous Bonus Opportunity : Additional earnings from infusion, labs, and ancillary revenue after partnership.

Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 upfront, plus an additional $30,000 upon partnership eligibility.

Comprehensive Benefits Package : Medical, dental, vision, malpractice, CME allowance, and retirement plans.

Relocation Assistance : Provided to ease your transition.

Professional Development : $3,000 annual CME allowance, including license, dues, and subscriptions.

Qualifications :

Degree : MD / DO in Rheumatology.

Certifications : Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology.

Licensure : Eligible for Iowa medical licensure.
