Seniority :   3-8 years of experience in full-stack engineering.

Work Experience

Previous experience at an AI company, ideally in conversational AI (e.g., Attentive, Klaviyo, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to build and scale customer-facing systems in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable owning major components end-to-end with high levels of autonomy.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top-tier school (or equivalent academic / professional achievement).

Hard Skills

Proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript.

Applied AI experience with strong familiarity working with large language models (LLMs).

Exposure to cloud-based systems, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong collaborator who thrives in a startup environment.

Ability to translate complex AI and engineering challenges into simple, usable solutions.

Curious, fast-moving, and eager to build real-world AI applications.

Compensation

Base salary : $140K - $250K.

Equity : 0.0251%, depending on experience.

Additional Notes

Full-time, on-site role in New York City (flexibility available).
