Schedule : Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays - 12pm - 9pm; Tuesdays - 10am - 7pm; Fridays - 9am - 3pm. Location : Stillwater, MN.

Position Summary : Serve as primary face to face contact at the front desk to greet and direct clients and visitors; answer and directs incoming telephone calls to destination; answers routine questions and relays / forwards information as necessary. Provide site based administrative support to provide integrated, efficient and high-quality services for clients and staff including completion of face-to-face administrative intakes and appointment scheduling, administrative program support, and administrative support for site / branch managers and service providers. Provide specialized program support as assigned.

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of clerical / administrative work experience. Front Desk or Administrative support experience in a behavioral or medical health setting and third-party coverage verification.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with and / or delivering services to diverse populations. Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
