Job descriptionThree (3) or more years of clinical practice and leadership experience. (Required) Two (2) or more years of solid organ or bone marrow transplant experience. (Preferred) Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. (Required) Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. (Required)
Position Summary
The Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CTC) is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a designated member of the transplant multidisciplinary team with primary responsibility to coordinate and ensure continuity of care for transplant candidates, recipients and their families throughout all phases of care (referral, evaluation, waitlist, transplant surgery and post-transplant).The CTC partners with the members of the multidisciplinary team including, but not limited to physicians, surgeons, nurses, social workers, pharmacist, nutritionists, financial coordinators and administrative personnel.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). (Required)
