Position Overview

Provide support for the execution of direct response marketing campaigns through coordinating marketing activities, managing timelines, and analyzing campaign performance. To achieve this, the Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing Department, internal teams, and external vendors, supporting and coordinating the efforts of Product Development, Marketing (channels, creative and programs), Sales, Operations, and others to deliver effective, timely, and compliant marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales. The Marketing Coordinator will be accountable for meeting project deadlines, campaign performance metrics, and compliance standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

Project Coordination

Assist in managing project timelines, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and company policies.

Campaign Management

Assist in planning and execution of direct response marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, and digital advertising.

Meeting Support

Prepare and distribute agendas, take notes, and distribute summaries.

Customer Segmentation

Utilize customer data to segment audiences and tailor marketing messages for maximum impact.

Reporting & Data Analysis

Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.

Data Entry

Provide data entry support for the Marketing Department.

Additional Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

  • Serve as a member of the Marketing Team and support others as necessary.
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs, including an in-office and from home hybrid work environment.
  • Actively and positively contribute to the overall success of the company and team through regular contributions to the general management of the company.
  • Support the company and other departments wherever and whenever your skills and experience would be beneficial.
  • Uphold and promote AMS's values of Integrity, Creativity, and Collaboration in all relationships with customers, suppliers, fellow employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and full and complete safeguarding of the company's trade secrets and any of our customer lists and related records.

Requirements

Educational Requirements

4-year college degree in a Business, Mathematics, or Marketing related discipline preferred.

Experience and Skills

One to three years experience in direct response marketing or a similar role. Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM platforms and analytics tools. The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Monday.com and Salesforce is a plus.
