Job Details :

• Work varied schedule with weekend and holiday requirements
• Orthopedic experience required
• Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in accordance with facility policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Supervise and delegate care activities to licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Provide patient and family education and evaluate teaching effectiveness
• Maintain current RN license in state of practice or compact licensure
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Must have worked in acute care setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 75 pounds, and assisting patients with mobility
• Requires adequate hearing, visual acuity, fine motor skills, and ability to communicate effectively
