High-Level Overview : The client is an established pan-African infrastructure investment and asset management institution that is launching a new green infrastructure project development fund. The fund mobilizes public and private capital to support renewable energy, sustainable urban development, climate resilience, and other projects that drive inclusive economic growth and environmental sustainability across Africa.

Role and Responsibilities

Role : Interim Senior Investment Associate

Direct Report : Fund CEO / Head of Investments

Candidates Required : 1

Key Deliverables :

• Support origination, due diligence, and structuring of early-stage project development investments (USD 315 million range).
• Conduct financial modeling, transaction analysis, and risk assessment for greenfield infrastructure projects.
• Assist with preparation of investment memos, due diligence materials, and presentations.
• Participate in negotiations with sponsors, lenders, and government partners.
• Support capital-raising and investor due diligence processes.
• Contribute to the establishment of the fund's internal investment systems and processes.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Investment Director to ensure coordinated project execution and knowledge sharing
