We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sustainability Project Manager who will foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable, and Beautiful Communities. This role involves managing programs for public and private sector clients, focusing on project planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation. Candidates should have 8 or more years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, with a preference for individuals certified in PMP, LEED or another similar program. Proficiency in data analytics and excellent communication skills are essential.

While the preference is for this person to be located in the Twin Cities Metro region, the right person may serve from any of our office locations. This role is crucial in advancing our company's sustainability goals and supporting our clients in achieving theirs.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Responsible for business development and service area growth where you will :

Lead sustainability initiatives, focusing on internal strategic planning and external development and implementation projects

Lead community resilience planning efforts that lead to implementation projects

Coordinate sustainability efforts across various divisions and work groups

What We Are Looking For :

Salary Range : $90,000 - $135,000 depending on years of experience and credentials.
