Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned volume and profit goals for the Natural / Specialty-West Team

Drive market share growth through sales and promotional plans with brokers, distributors, and retailers

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and manage brokers and distributor partners

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in natural channel food sales

Experience working for a fast-growing food company

Strong organizational, negotiating, quantitative, and leadership skills

Ability to analyze data and develop innovative recommendations
