Reno Harley-Davidson, the top-performing dealership in the Wise Riders Owners Group, is seeking a professional and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is highly customer-focused, and has a passion for motorcycles and parts operations.

Position : Parts Advisor

Location : Reno, Nevada Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

Assist retail customers and service technicians with accurate parts identification and sales.

Actively recommend additional items and accessories to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

Maintain parts inventory, organize displays, and ensure showroom presentation meets brand standards.

Process special orders, warranty claims, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.

Deliver prompt and professional service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Support department goals by contributing to daily and monthly sales objectives.

Qualifications :

Previous retail or dealership parts experience preferred (motorcycle or automotive industry).

Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and follow-through.

Sales-driven and results-focused.
