• Job Summary The Motorcycle Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Harley-Davidson motorcycles to factory standards.
• The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and committed to delivering high-quality work with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and custom installations Complete performance upgrades  Maintain proper documentation of services performed Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Qualifications 1+ years of motorcycle technician experience (Harley-Davidson preferred) MMI graduate or equivalent technical training a plus Must have a valid motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail Must provide own basic tools Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning What We Offer Competitive hourly wage + productivity-based incentives Paid manufacturer training and advancement opportunities Full benefits package :
