Counter Server / Front-of-House

Job Overview

As a Counter Server / Front-of-House (FOH) Team Member, you will be the face of our company and the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Warmly greeting guests as they enter and leave the restaurant
  • Accurately describing dishes and making appropriate recommendations
  • Correctly entering orders into our Point-of-Sale system
  • Processing payments and serving food or beverages at the counter
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Providing quick, friendly, and accurate service
  • May be requested to run food to guests tables, clear tables and keep all aspects of the dining room area clean.

    • Qualifications

    We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities :

  • Prior customer service experience
  • A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service
  • Experience working with a Point-of-Sale system
  • Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Competency in counting money and processing payments
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in stressful situations
  • A genuine commitment to excellence and success
  • Consistency and reliability
  • Cheerful and positive attitude
  • Values teamwork and loves serving and helping others

    • Applicants must be able to :

    • Average Rate : $17 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)

    Requirements
