Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Growth : Identify opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue by promoting our services and products.
- Customer Support : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Case Coordination : Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless communication and timely updates on cases.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations to clients.
- Outreach and Networking : Represent Kelley Dental Laboratory at industry events, seminars, and trade shows to foster professional connections.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (dental industry experience preferred).A proactive, self-motivated attitude and passion for excellence.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Alignment with our core values : OAR (Ownership, Accountability, Responsibility), Quality is Reputation, Whatever it Takes, Three Ps (Positive, Personal, Present), and Communication.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.What We Offer
