Medical Coder III

A company is looking for a Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and translate medical diagnoses and procedures into numerical codes

Monitor and resolve coding claim rejections and denials

Provide training and education on billing procedures and workflows

Required Qualifications

3+ years of related experience in medical coding or billing

AHIMA or AAPC Certification required

Ability to independently code across multiple specialties

Experience working effectively from home

1 year of higher education can substitute for 1 year of related work experience
