A company is looking for a Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Specialist-REMOTE-Outbound Agent. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound and make outbound calls to schedule MTM clinician interventions for eligible beneficiaries Utilize the MTM process management system to document member-specific information Perform outreach calls to pharmacies for contact information and address MTM-related queries Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent GED 1 year of work experience in customer service Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Knowledge of government programs (Medicare) Proficient in Excel, Word, and system operations
