Join our dynamic team as an Associate Product Manager in the heart of San Jose. We are seeking a talented individual passionate about driving product innovation and excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to exciting enterprise projects and product development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 8 years of highly technical project management experience, preferably in new enterprise projects and / or product development
  • 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related role
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in using project management tools to create and manage detailed program / project schedules
  • Expert understanding of new product development and / or enterprise program management processes, including waterfall and agile methodologies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements
  • Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements
