Project Manager For Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation

Insight Global is hiring a collaborative and experienced Project Manager to support our client's Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. The client has completed the initial phase of their new finance and accounting system and is preparing for go-live on January 1, 2026. This role will guide future phases of the implementation, working closely with stakeholders and ensuring successful adoption and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP. Compensation : $60 / hr to $65 / hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements :

• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations
• Hands-on experience with financial system implementations
• Experience coordinating with both IT and non-IT stakeholders
• Skilled in creating reports and presenting findings
• Strong collaboration skills; able to work fully onsite and engage with stakeholders
• Experience managing projects using Agile methodology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• State or federal experience
• Additional experience with Oracle products beyond Fusion ERP
• Prior experience ramping up teams post-go-live
• Experience in finance / accounting environments
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops or training sessions
