Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to adult patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, and promoting overall health and wellness. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine medical needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with medical standards.
Stay updated on advancements in internal medicine practices and medical terminology.

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

Board certification in Internal Medicine is preferred.

Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and hospice palliative medicine principles.

Proficiency in managing complex cases involving multiple specialties.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
