We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housing Compliance Specialist to support our team in managing LIHTC and HUD Section 8 recertifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RealPage / OneSite software and a strong understanding of affordable housing compliance requirements. Schedule : MondayFriday 9 AM5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct annual and interim recertifications for LIHTC and HUD Section 8 programs
• Review and verify resident eligibility documentation
• Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with program regulations
• Enter and update resident data in RealPage / OneSite
• Communicate with residents regarding required documentation and deadlines
• Collaborate with property management staff to ensure compliance with federal and state housing regulations
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies as needed

Qualifications

Additional Information : Training will be minimal; prior experience is essential
