Accountabilities :

• Architect, design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale applications and integrations to support business operations.
• Collaborate with Agile teams across product, engineering, and operations to develop, test, implement, and support backend solutions.
• Own and contribute to CRM release management, CI / CD pipeline optimization, automated testing, and quality assurance throughout the application lifecycle.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and maintain technical documentation to ensure high standards of software quality.
• Lead technical projects and initiatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to engineering teams.
• Anticipate and solve complex business problems with innovative, scalable technical solutions.
