We are working with a well-established behavioral health practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, and currently have an immediate need for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an onsite position, and the facility requires someone who can be physically present at the clinic. The role involves providing direct clinical services to patients in an outpatient setting. While EMDR certification is not mandatory, it is strongly preferred. Candidates without EMDR training will still be considered based on overall experience and fit.

To be considered, candidates must hold an active LCSW license in the state of North Carolina. Prior experience in behavioral health or clinical social work is highly preferred.

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a well-established behavioral health team in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, permanent (FTE) position offering a stable schedule, strong team support, and long-term professional growth. The role is strictly onsite, and the facility is looking for someone available to provide in-person care. While EMDR certification is preferred, it is not required. Candidates without EMDR training will still be considered based on experience and overall fit.

Responsibilities Include :

The LCSW will provide direct clinical services to patients in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Duties include conducting psychosocial evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing both individual and group therapy. The clinician will participate in case conferences, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational and state regulations. A trauma-informed and patient-centered approach is essential.

Schedule & Compensation :

This is a Monday through Friday position with daytime working hours. There are no weekend or on-call requirements. Requirements :

Active LCSW license in the state of North Carolina

Onsite availability in Charlotte, NC

EMDR certification is preferred but not required

Prior clinical or behavioral health experience is highly desirable

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
