Job Title : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Locations : Encino, CA, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Utah

Make a meaningful impact through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by leading a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers in delivering life-changing care. As a BCBA, you’ll design and oversee personalized treatment plans, drive patient progress, and support your team in providing consistent and effective interventions.
What You’ll Do :
Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
Train and support Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and family members.
Supervise patient care in-person or via telehealth, ensuring clinical excellence.
Serve as a key communicator between caregivers, staff, and other service providers.
Complete progress reports, IEP goals, and other essential documentation.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to proactively address behavioral and safety concerns.
Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Resilience in managing challenging behaviors.
Proficient with technology for data entry and reporting.
Qualifications :
Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
BCBA certification or LPA licensure.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
