Qualifications Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Experience : One year preferred. Licensure / Certification : NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. CNAI in NC, preferred. Additional Skills (preferred) : Ability to perform all MOAB physical holds. Ability to care for Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse age specific patients within facility.
