Non-Exempt $21.05 Job Summary:

  • The Behavioral Management Specialist is responsible providing direct services to those individuals on their case load. In addition, behavior management specialist is responsible for referring clients to appropriate services.

Core Competencies:

  • Meets specified deadlines and manages time effectively, Self-starter must have the ability to work independently and follow-up on all work assignments.
  • Exemplary organizational skills.
  • Familiarize with all personnel, company, and program policies.
  • Aptitude for dealing with people; strong problem solving abilities; emotional identification with another.
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion as a rule.
  • Models respect, understanding and appreciation for all people.
  • Exhibits skills in comprehending interpreting and supporting positions of the organization.
  • Ability to succeed in and contribute to a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure without losing sight of objectives.
  • Must be able to work as a team and communicate effectively with others.

Job Requirements:
