Position Salary Range $ $ Starting Pay Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for this position is $ $ hour.Hourly, Non-Exempt Schedule : Part-Time ~20 hours / week, Benefits Eligible Summary : Assists the Health Center Manager (HCM) in supervising the daily functions of the health center. Partners with the site manager to make operational decisions for the health center. Acts as a supervisor to staff and is an advocate for patients. Supports the operational oversight of the nearby health centers within the Pod. Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience in healthcare or supervisory role in another field preferred
- Prior experience in health care is required. This may include previous experience with Planned Parenthood as a Health Center Assistant (HCA).
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory attributes
- Ability to be adaptable and function well in an ever-changing environment
- Strong ability to cultivate and maintain a team culture in line with our In This Together (ITT) Values and Services Standards
