Job Description :
The Office of Policy & Strategy (OPS) leverages its expertise to guide and support HPD and its many Offices in their efforts to deepen their impact optimize their efficiency and become more data-driven climate-adaptive and mission-focused. Within OPS the Division of Strategic Operations and Analytics (SOA) works to increase HPDs impact by analyzing and improving operations agency-wide. As part of that work SOAs Strategic Planning unit leads initiatives that help agency teams clarify their core program objectives and enhance their business processes to achieve greater operational effectiveness and organizational capacity. Specifically the Project Manager will :
Strategic Planning staff continuously learn new skills and subject matter through diverse projects. The Project Manager will have the opportunity to develop expertise and train others on techniques that expand strategic thinking and implementation practices at the agency. SOA leadership will champion the Project Managers professional development and growth through individualized guidance and support.

Qualifications :
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
3. Education and / or experience which is equivalent to 1 or 2 above. However all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in 1 above.
