Join our team at Terex Louisville and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Technical Service Engineer to contribute to the Terex Washing Systems brand.

As a Technical Service Engineer at Terex, you'll play a pivotal role in working closely with the TWS Sales and Engineering teams, you will be responsible for providing a first class service to our dealers and customers in North America including onsite technical assistance, sales, applications, commissioning, and training on our products.

Responsibilities :

• Working as part of a dedicated team delivering first class service to dealers and customers
• Provide technical support to the North American TWS Dealer Network
• Assisting the sales team with technical sales including application validation in conjunction with the TWS Applications team
• Researching and responding to customer inquiries on parts & warranty
• Assist dealers and customers with installation and commissioning of TWS products
• Provide detailed application and technical training to dealers and customers
• Cooperate with product group engineers and quality team to ensure products are manufactured and delivered to the highest quality standards
• To investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
• Travelling throughout North America to locations of dealers and customers
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing on Terex Washing Systems machinery where necessary
