Position Overview
A private family in Kings Point, NY is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Travel Butler / Personal Assistant to provide dedicated, around-the-clock support to the principal. This role requires frequent travel, seamless coordination of personal and household logistics, and the ability to deliver white-glove service with discretion. The ideal candidate is polished, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal’s right hand, managing personal errands, scheduling, and logistics
- Provide butler services, anticipating needs and delivering with discretion and urgency
- Perform daily service rituals, including coffee, cocktails, and light meal preparation
- Manage wardrobe care, including packing, unpacking, and organizing clothing and accessories
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transport
- Assist with personal shopping, errands, gift purchasing, and event planning
- Maintain meticulous records, inventories, and organizational systems
- Support household operations and collaborate with the family office team
- Drive the principal for errands and appointments as needed
- Welcome and host family members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Remain highly responsive and flexible to shifting priorities
- Provide administrative support as needed and complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
