Base Compensation :  $100,000 – $140,000 annually (non-exempt; overtime eligible after 40 hours / week)

Schedule :  Open flexibility, including weekends and holidays

Position Overview

A private family in Kings Point, NY is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented  Travel Butler / Personal Assistant  to provide dedicated, around-the-clock support to the principal. This role requires frequent travel, seamless coordination of personal and household logistics, and the ability to deliver white-glove service with discretion. The ideal candidate is polished, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal’s right hand, managing personal errands, scheduling, and logistics
• Provide butler services, anticipating needs and delivering with discretion and urgency
• Perform daily service rituals, including coffee, cocktails, and light meal preparation
• Manage wardrobe care, including packing, unpacking, and organizing clothing and accessories
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transport
• Assist with personal shopping, errands, gift purchasing, and event planning
• Maintain meticulous records, inventories, and organizational systems
• Support household operations and collaborate with the family office team
• Drive the principal for errands and appointments as needed
• Welcome and host family members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Remain highly responsive and flexible to shifting priorities
• Provide administrative support as needed and complete other duties as assigned
