Sr. Business Analyst, Intelligent Automation

Job Description

DUTIES : Conducting detailed requirements gathering and analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation; working closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide guidance on how to leverage automation technologies to streamline their operations; developing business cases and project proposals to support the implementation of automation initiatives; collaborating with project managers, developers, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions; documenting detailed functional and technical specifications to support the development of automation solutions; developing test cases and perform user acceptance testing to ensure the solutions meet the business requirements; providing training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions; and continuously monitoring the effectiveness of automation solutions and identify opportunities for further optimization.

SALARY : $150,550- $152,000 per year, depending upon experience
