Enterprise Transformation Associate

Experis Cross Border is currently supporting a multinational technology company in their search for an Enterprise Transformation Associate.

The initial contract will be 6 months but with strong likelihood of extensions or conversion to a permanent role.

The role is based in New York is on site 5 days a week and in this role, you will support the acceleration of their Enterprise Line of Business and the execution of three-year strategic plans across the enterprise

Key Responsibilities :

• Using analytics and data to support decision-making, helping organisations choose between competing priorities through fact-based, structured, and creative methods
• Apply strategic frameworks and critical thinking to shape business direction.
• Help the company define vision, set priorities, and build road maps, leveraging the right tools and collaborative approaches to deliver clarity and alignment across teams.
