Job Overview :

We are currently in search of a hands-on Solution Architect with a strong focus on Kubernetes (K8) ecosystems. The ideal candidate will not be centered on cluster administration but will instead be deeply involved in collaborating with Application Development (App / Dev) teams. The role requires a professional dedicated to the design and implementation of microservice architectures, performance tuning, and seamless integration with service mesh frameworks. Also, the candidate should have an understanding of monitoring and alerting within the K8 environment, and an optional proficiency in CI / CD pipelines for efficient microservice delivery into Kubernetes clusters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with App / Dev teams to architect and design robust microservice architectures within a Kubernetes environment.
• Lead performance optimization initiatives for services running in K8, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Facilitate the integration of service mesh technologies to streamline network operations and enhance microservice communication.
• Develop and oversee monitoring and alerting strategies for Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and prompt incident response.
• Optionally, design and implement CI / CD pipelines to support the continuous integration and delivery of microservices into K8 clusters.
• Serve as a Kubernetes subject matter expert, providing guidance and best practices to development teams.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the Kubernetes ecosystem to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
