What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Design and implement secure, scalable solutions to support global marketing operations
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including Data Warehouses and CRM platforms
  • Enable real-time personalization and audience segmentation through advanced data processing
  • Control and audit data flows with full visibility into synchronization logsCollaborate with product owners, functional architects, and marketing stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering or Martech development roles, with 35 years in a technical leadership capacity
  • Experience in cloud-native technologies and data processing, including AWS PaaS architectures
  • Proficiency in DocumentDB, ELT, data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake), and relevant scripting languages
  • Understanding of SFDC Apex and experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and secure data architecture

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Advanced technical certifications in Salesforce or related Martech tools
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
