What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and implement secure, scalable solutions to support global marketing operationsIntegrate data from multiple sources, including Data Warehouses and CRM platformsEnable real-time personalization and audience segmentation through advanced data processingControl and audit data flows with full visibility into synchronization logsCollaborate with product owners, functional architects, and marketing stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needsWhat is Required (Qualifications)
15+ years of experience in software engineering or Martech development roles, with 35 years in a technical leadership capacityExperience in cloud-native technologies and data processing, including AWS PaaS architecturesProficiency in DocumentDB, ELT, data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake), and relevant scripting languagesUnderstanding of SFDC Apex and experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Sales CloudKnowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and secure data architectureHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
