Southern Illinois Family Medicine Position – Competitive $300K+ Compensation

Community hospital in southern Illinois is seeking a family medicine physician to take over an established patient panel for a retiring physician! The ideal candidate is a BC / BE Family Medicine physician - practicing physicians, new grads, and visas are encouraged to apply.  This facility is J1 visa cap-exempt and has unlimited J1 spots .

• $290k Salary + wRVU + annual % of salary increase + signing bonus + relocation
• 85% Outpatient + 15% light rounding
• Flexible schedule : 4 or 5 day work week
• 15 to 20 ppd in clinic = light volume
• Loan repayment = $150,000+
