Overview
The Strategic People & Culture Partner will work in partnership with the Chief Operating Offcer and Chief Financial Officer, key stakeholders and HR Leads to shape, develop and deliver HR strategies in line with the needs and priorities of FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB). They will operate as Strategic HR partner to the COO and CFO leadership team providing high level people management, coaching and development support. This is an exciting role that will have an impact on the overall business in not only supporting key stakeholders and central functions, but strengthening and cultivating the FDB culture to build a competitive organization and prepare FDB for the future.

Background and Education Requirements
Although this may be a hybrid posting, the incumbent must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from one of the FDB US locations (Holly Springs NC, College Station TX, Thousand Oaks CA). The US salary range for this position is $200,000 to $260,000. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 – 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 – 774, as may be amended.
