Job Summary & Scope :

The Cashier is the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm and friendly greeting.

Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests are

attended to promptly and with care. You will also help create a positive and memorable

experience, ensuring each guest feels appreciated with a sincere thank you as they leave.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Accurately calculate sales, handle cash, and make change quickly.
• Reconcile sales receipts, maintaining accountability and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Always uphold a polite and courteous demeanor.
• Maintain a sense of urgency while remaining calm under pressure.
