Customer Service Representative
Our non-profit client in San Diego is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their call center team. This position focuses on delivering outstanding support to individuals while furthering the organization's mission to make a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and provide support, information, and assistance to clients and donors
- Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring strong customer satisfaction
- Assist with updating records, processing requests, and documenting interactions accurately
- Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information
- Support outreach activities and assist with special projects as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to meet department service goals
Requirements :
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred; experience with nonprofits a plusExcellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitudeStrong computer proficiency and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive information and difficult conversations with empathyBilingual abilities are a plus
