A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Process inbound calls related to bank products and services, resolving customer inquiries independently
De-escalate customer situations or escalate to a supervisor as needed, ensuring ownership of customer requests until resolution
Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to departmental service levels and metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
Expertise in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
Knowledge of Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
