Key Responsibilities
Investigate, analyze, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues
Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established limits
Document and report on customer complaints and resolutions
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or billing support
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Familiarity with billing systems and processes
High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
Availability to work from 11 AM to 8 PM CST
