You will be responsible for developing innovative control strategies, integrating multiple building systems, and ensuring efficient and reliable operation of DDC control systems. The position involves mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. You will also play a key role in supporting business development initiatives by offering strategic input on system design and demonstrating solutions to clients. This is a highly visible role that combines technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to deliver sustainable and innovative energy solutions. Candidates should be proactive, strategic, and experienced in both project management and advanced controls engineering.

Accountabilities :

• Lead the design, programming, and optimization of complex DDC control systems in commercial buildings.
• Develop and implement advanced control strategies, logic programming, and system sequencing to maximize energy efficiency, reliability, and occupant comfort.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical specifications, project scope, and strategic goals.
• Provide technical leadership to the Controls Team, including mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Program, configure, and integrate DDC controllers, supervisory devices, and peripheral equipment using advanced control programming languages.
• Conduct system inspections, performance testing, functional verification, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system operation.
• Integrate DDC systems with HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management systems, and evaluate emerging IoT technologies.
• Support pre-sales and business development initiatives, including technical proposals and system demonstrations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of control system designs, programming logic, network configurations, and maintenance activities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
