Patient Financial Services Manager

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient billing inquiries, payment plans, and financial assistance programs

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and state / federal billing regulations

Supervise financial services staff and foster a patient-centered culture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)

5+ years of experience in patient financial services or medical billing

2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong understanding of patient billing and insurance processes

Proficiency in EHR systems and billing platforms (ModMed EMA, Klara)
