Overview

The Intuit Academy and the Mailchimp Academy are building the future of consumer and expert development at scale - to deliver on Intuit's strategy of an AI-driven Expert Platform that powers prosperity. As Director, Intuit Academy, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of a hybrid ed-tech platform that serves two missions :

• With the Intuit Academy, to delight and empower our 50,000+ global experts to deliver awesome experiences for our customers
• With the Mailchimp Academy, to delight and empower our Mailchimp partners and Mailchimp consumers so that they can grow their businesses successfully.

This role sits at the intersection of learning innovation, AI enablement, product leadership, and talent transformation. You'll lead a global team of strategists, designers, and content creatorsworking cross-functionally across Product, Service Delivery, Engineering, Analytics, and Talent to build a platform that personalizes learning, accelerates readiness, and delivers measurable business impact.
