Account Manager (MRO) - Outside Sales
Location : Fully Remote (Must reside in Southeast Michigan or Northwest Ohio)

What You'll Do
Manage and expand an established territory and existing accountsDevelop new business opportunities across industries such as chemical, power, manufacturing, and fluid processingSell and support a wide range of products including fittings, valves, regulators, hoses, flexible tubing, and custom assembliesPartner with engineering and inside sales teams to deliver consultative solutions that meet client needsIdentify and close opportunities for custom solutions and long-term partnershipsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and customer data in SAP B1What We're Looking For
3 to 10 years of experience in technical or industrial sales (MRO, fluid systems, or related products)Proven ability to manage and grow accounts while hunting for new business (60% new business / 40% account management)Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a consultative, relationship-based sales approachAbility to become the technical expert for your customers, supported by engineering teamsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering preferred (other degrees considered)Valid driver's license and ability to pass annual background and drug screeningAbout the Sales Environment
Short and long sales cycles :Daily : Inside Sales processes standard orders, you earn commission.Longer-term : You sell custom solutions with higher commission potential.Existing Customers : Fluid handling and processing companies, chemical facilities, refineries, upstream pipelines, power plants, glass manufacturers, and more.What You'll Gain
