Vivo Infusion is searching for an experienced and dynamic sales leader with a background in Healthcare and / or Pharma to help drive our presence in Texas! As a Regional Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of this mission, building and leading a high-performing sales team to expand our reach and grow our business strategically.

The Regional Infusion Services Director is responsible for leading and managing a team of Regional Infusion Sales Specialists within a defined geographic territory. This role is critical in driving regional growth, fostering strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The Director will serve as a key liaison between field sales, clinical operations, and executive leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered infusion services.

The Regional Infusion Sales Specialist will work remotely 40% and can expect to travel consistently within their supported region up to 60% of the time. Only applicants residing within the posted region will be considered at this time.

Compensation : $140,000 - $160,000 / yr. base. Quarterly Bonus Plan : 30% Annually (Based on performance). Private Equity for the Greater Good - Company-wide Employee Ownership Program.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Regional Infusion Sales Specialists.
• Set performance expectations, forecasting yearly sales budgets. Monitor progress and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
